NARUTO Chapter 670 Review : The Beginning...!!

So, first... Hi everyone ! I'm the new NARUTO reviewer, here, on OtakuNuts !

I'll do my best to review this manga properly ... wait, wait, WAIT... who am I shitting there ?
I'll mess up things, so you guys just put up with that, okay ? Right, so let's begin !

Wow, what a chapter ! Where do I start..?

So, basically, this is one of the chapters I like to call "Ninja-History" chapters.
Usually, it's either the Bijuu's role or Madara's role to explain stuff from the past, but this time,
it is no other than the Sage of the Six Paths who gives Naruto a lecture about his time.

What's happening in this chapter ?

     The chapter starts with Naruto, waking up in his "own dimension", thinking that he is dead.
The man who appears in front of him (that the reader immediately identifies as the Sage of the Six Paths) starts talking to him in a manner that confuses Naruto (I'm guess that his Japanese is very old-fashioned, too much for our stupid Naruto). We finally learn his name : Hagoromo.
Naruto recognizes the Rinnegan of the old man, but can't identify him right away... which allows us to see many of Naruto's WTF faces...

He looks like a mix of Madara and Sarutobi, doesn't he.

So I got bored and decided to do an extra review.


I think Hiro Mashima gets bored easily. He loves to bring out chapter after chapter of Fairy Tail, and sometimes he decides to do a comedy side story instead. I might do some searching and review some of the older side stories, but for now I want to review the two newest ones that have come out in the past couple of weeks.

Wendy fans rejoice!

As Franmalth mocks the group about how they can't possibly hope to stop Tartaros, Lucy is told by Horologium that there is only 9 minutes left until Face is activated. As they realise that Fairy Tail would be slaughtered if they lost their magic right now, Happy is sure that Wendy will stop Face. Thankfully, this is when we leave Franmalth for now and go to Wendy instead, who is going through the cave with an exhausted Carla.

These bugs scare her more than anything else this chapter. Think about that.

Somewhat underwhelming, but a good set-up.

After pretty much tearing the roof off of the safe house, Kenpachi jumps in to confront his opponent (who I am still going to call Guremi, regardless of what this week’s translation says). When Isane asks what happened to Captain Unohana, Kenpachi simply replies that she’s dead, and that he killed her. He goes on to tell Isane that if she hates him, she can kill him. Instead of taking him up on the offer, she’s thankful that he’s inherited the title of Kenpachi.

Almost everyone predicted it right!

As Wendy and Carla fly as fast as they can to Face, with Wendy saying how Natsu could stop this, Franmalth reveals his most powerful soul. And yes, it is Hades. For those of you who don't know, Hades was the supreme villain of the Tenrou Island Arc and is well-known to Fairy Tail haters as being the best example of an impossible fight which is won because of "the power of friendship". (Even though there are other variables which helped them win it).

...He used to be the main villain.

Wait…what the….I don’t….what?

To Isane’s complete and utter surprise, Yachiru starts dancing with the embodiment of her Shikai. As she watches the cheerleading show, Isane wonders what type of Shikai it is, as it doesn’t physically transform into a living object (like Unohana’s) and it isn’t made of a living material (like Hitsugaya’s). As she ponders this, Guenael appears from behind the doorway, panting and dripping blood.

The pairings change again.

Starting off from last week, Ki-su is facing Lucy and Wendy, when Framalth reveals himself as well. The protagonists want to leave as quickly as possible to stop Face, so Lucy summons Taurus and Aries to fight, which made me realise how long it's been since we actually saw them. With the demons distracted by the Celestial Spirits, Lucy and Wendy fly with their Exceeds to get to Face's location.

I’ve been doing these for a year now! Oh god, I’ve been doing these for a year now.

Immediately after Guenael vanishes, Isane runs over to Yachiru to ask why her nose is bleeding. Replying to Isane asking if she hit something, Yachiru states that she doesn’t know. Appearing behind them, Guenael says that it’s normal for Yachiru not to know, and introduces himself again due to him being erased from their memories. He then goes on to say that they are unable to see, feel or remember his existence, as he begins to fade away again.

Top 10 Titans

Attack on Titan is one of, if not the biggest anime of 2013. It was crazy, messed up and it's manga is even more so. Obviously, the first thing you realise is how messed up the antagonists are. They're all strange freaky giants made of flesh (with a few rare exceptions). Anyway, here is my personal top 10 Titans that plagued and destroyed during the anime and manga.

Fairy Tail Chapter 373 Review - Let's Pair Up!

The battle pairings begin.

We start off with the main reason we wanted this week's chapter to arrive early, Zeref is talking to Natsu about Tartaros. Tartaros, also known as Zeref's bookshelf, was created by E.N.D. (I have a theory about E.N.D and I will explain it later in this review). Zeref then brings up E.N.D, the one demon that Igneel could not kill. Natsu vows that he will kill him in his father's place and attempts to slash Zeref with the blade, but all it does is destroy the blade. Zeref then claims that E.N.D is the strongest demon he ever made, and Natsu would soon have to decide whether or not E.N.D lives or dies.
