Dragon Ball Super 6: Preparing for the Tournament review

Written by: The Inquisitor

The chapter starts with a battle that occurred a long time ago. Beerus had done something that pissed Champa off, so the Brothers of Destruction started to battle it out. After fighting for a few pages, and destroying multiple planets in the process, Champa reveals what Beerus did: he ate the puff-puff fruit that was on their birthday cake! ...It is impossible to make that sound dramatic.

I've been there Champa. I react the same way when someone eats my peanut butter.

Digimon Adventure Tri Part 1: Reunion Review - Infectious Nostalgia

Written by Shiggins

Part 2 Review: CLICK HERE

You feel old yet?

Yes, Toei Animation are actually releasing 6 movies in Japan to celebrate the 15th anniversary of glorious anime series Digimon. And yes, it's quite glorious. This movie follows the continuity of Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 2, so I wouldn't bother expecting Renamon or Impmon to make an appearance. However, trust me when I say you won't go home disappointed.

And before you ask, no. There is no bus.
Note: This review is mostly SPOILER-FREE.

Layla Heartfilia Theory

                                                          Written by: The Inquisitor

So, Brandish knew Layla. When that was revealed, I was immediately suspicious. Brandish looks like she's somewhere between 18 and 25 years old, and Layla died 15 years before the current arc, this would mean that she was 3-10 years old when Layla died. This fact makes it very unlikely that the two of they could have met, let alone have had a "long and irritating" history. That quote by Brandish brings up another point, what could the kind-hearted Layla Heartfilia have done to a ten year old that would cause her to have a grudge against Layla's entire family? There are a few possible answers.

Let the confusion begin.

Fairy Tail - Why It's Not Perfect

Written by Shiggins

Requested by Aquaconda T, it's Fairy Tail's turn to take a hit or two. Yes, the reviewer of Fairy Tail is going to be mean and criticise the shonen series starring Natsu, Lucy, Gray and Erza. Over the past few years, Fairy Tail's popularity has exploded and gone beyond anybody's expectations. And while I do love it and consider it one of my favourite series to read right now, I am a great man and therefore, I can use my vision to see the flaws. So here they are, just for the taking!

Problem #1: The manga had a lot of trouble with it's art at the beginning.

Fairy Tail Chapter 462 Review - Battlefield

Written by Shiggins

Go go, Fairy Taaaail!

Yes, the teams are formed and we're going to see some major ass-kicking from here on out. See, Bleach? THIS is how you do a war! Get all your characters together and have all of them doing shit. Deus Ex Machina is not a good thing... but anyway, enough cringing at Bleach. Let's move onto Fairy Tail, and damn is it getting good.

*puts this down like bait, to see what fishy readers I snap up*

One Punch Man vs My Hero Academia - Super Shonen Smackdown

Written by Shiggins

For me, 2015 is the year of superheroes. We got the amazing Age of Ultron and Ant-Man movies, a shit bunch of news throughout that was basically crying for a superhero to save the day, and of course, Japan released One Punch Man's brand new anime by my favourite all-time anime studio, Madhouse (Hunter x Hunter 2011, Beyblade, Trigun). Also, I recently discovered My Hero Academia, and it's come to my attention that the only thing more fun than watching superheroes, is watching superheroes beat the crap out of each other! Therefore, I have decided to use science, fact, logic and my own superior opinion to determine which heroic creation is the true series you should be spending your time on.

FIGHT! (What a couple of losers...)

Fairy Tail Chapter 461 Review - That Parfum is for Somebody

Written by Shiggins

MEN!

First of all, my humblest apologies for the small break I had. I have my own reasons, but I have returned to reviews and what a gift I got. I will have my feelings of reviews I've missed below, but until then shut up and enjoy the parfum of man! For you see, Ichiya has dominated the page!

I haven't pissed myself from laughing in so long... Thank you, Fairy Tail.

Bleach 650 Review – The Theatre Suicide: Scene 4

Bleach 650 Review – The Theatre Suicide: Scene 4
Written by: ClayDragon

WARNING: Sufferers of oclophobia should probably avoid reading this review.

So it turns out that Lille wasn’t kidding when he said he was invincible. Even though he got decapitated by Shunsui’s Bankai, he simply regrows a new head from his reiatsu. However, his new head isn’t exactly the same as his old one. In fact, with a freakishly long neck, no nose, vertically-lidded eyes and a beak, he’s about as far from his old face as he can get.
