Kasane Chapter 74 Review/Scanlation - Indestructible

Written by: Pomelote

Recommended reading for new readers: Kasane series recap and Chapters 71, 72, and 73.

And These Freezing Hands, judging from Nogiku's reaction.

And now for something marginally different.

Fairy Tail Chapter 483 Review - The Seven Stars

Written by Shiggins

You got time for another quickie?

You do? Great, because we got a few of them this chapter to get through! And boy, are they rushed? Is this a good thing though? Well, we'll see. This week's chapter started with Jellal raging as Erza lay in Kagura's arms, because he wanted to be the one to hold her and now he's losing her to a woman! No wonder he's going to let out his rage on Neinhart.

Well, it wouldn't be the first time... Wait, yes it would!

Naruto Side Story Review - The Path Shone by the Moon Light

Written by Shiggins

Naruto's final mystery resolved?

When chapter 700 unleashed itself upon the fandom, causing the divide between Haters and Appreciaters, I was one of the few who barely showed any interest in their war because my concern was not over ships. Instead, my worries and confusion went towards the greatest anime villain of them all; Orochimaru. Where did he go? What does he get up to? Why wasn't he the final villain of the series instead of bloody Kaguya?

Not gonna lie. It'd be a nightmare to crawl out of that pit... I mean, it's already terrifying but still.

Semi-new regular weekly feature, until the returns of ClayDragon and Axlorg, who are currently missing, presumed having a sleep-in!

Bleach 671: The Perfect Crimson 2

Fairy Tail Chapter 482 Review - Vigor

Written by Shiggins

I feel the title should have been "piss off" but let's keep it child-friendly.

And in our child-friendly chapter, Gray and Lyon start us off by fighting their dead master Ur, who is using the same magic as the living ones once did. Of course, this answers a question I had last week, as we quickly realise this is nowhere near the real Ur and so we're basically fighting a fake. The others aren't doing very well either,

I literally laughed out loud because... Goddamn, how real is this?!

First Impressions - Spring 2016

Written by Shiggins

I couldn't think up a witty title. Sorry.

Spring is here and as always, there's a slew of new anime to check out. Of course, we can't fully review them since they've only just started, but I thought it might be worth a try to give an opinion on how each "opening episode" is like, and what they could give in the future. So if you're looking for a new anime to check out, or have an anime you want to recommend, why not try coming here?

Yes. Yes, Spring 2016 can get this awesome.

Kasane 73 Review/Synopsis - Awakenings

Written by: Pomelote

Recommended reading for any new readers: Kasane series recap and Chapters 71 and 72

On with the show!

Nogiku comes to, bound and gagged, in a cell-like room, the purpose of which is pretty obvious. At least it’s not as gut-wrenchingly awful as Sukeyo’s cellar, I guess. See, she even has a bookcase!

Fairy Tail Chapters 480 & 481 Review - The Northern Gravestone & Historia of Corpses

Written by Shiggins

A dark turn I welcome.

Chapter 480:

Once upon a time, in the land of Fiore, the main characters are relieved to have defeated Jason Statham and his assassin ways. Natsu Dragneel, flamer of the series, is thanking Brandish for her ability to coincidentally help him out a while back with that magical tumour nonsense, and Brandish is now aware of how truly amazing her opponents are. However, she knows they will lose because it is time... for August!

Yes... All of us live in fear of August... the month we go back to school.

Medaka Box - Why It's Not Perfect

Written by Shiggins

A request was made a while ago by Reginald Hanzo, a long-time commenter of Otaku Nuts, for a Medaka Box WINP article. And I was admittedly hesitant at first, since I knew that the series isn't as well-known to western audiences as my other WINP articles and I didn't want to spoil a series before they get to enjoy it. I only want to spoil it afterwards. However, I love me a challenge and so I decided I'd give it a try for my 6th WINP.  The links to my other 5 WINP articles are at the bottom of this article.

A surprisingly badass group of... WHAT'S WRONG WITH MEDAKA'S FACE HERE?!

Top 10 Anime Mascots

Written by Shiggins

A recent look back at our previous works has made me to come to realise I am indeed scum. A request from long ago has now finally been fulfilled, provided by commenter Teybor, and I am ashamed to admit it took so long and got forgotten about behind my collection of videos of hentai, game shows and Breaking Bad. So as an apology, please allow me to provide you all with the anime characters that don't just show off their personalities. They represent their own show/movie/game/cult, and they do it proudly. Here are our top 10 mascots that we at Otaku Nuts love!
